How can I print a selected part of the incoming chat messages: Save the chat screen as a file. Rename the filename.jke to filename.txt and then load into notepad or a word processor to select and print. The .jke file contains information about which character set should be used to display the file it is a numeric value at the end of the file and can be omitted from any selection.

How can I get EncryptoChat to display just French, German, or Spanish. It is confusing to have such a large choice: If you contact JKsquared with your requirements when you order, we will be happy to supply a copy of EncryptoChat Client with bespoke menu items and defaults, including server ip addresses etc, at no extra charge.

When I try and log on to the EncryptoChat Server I get the message The network path to the EncryptoChat Server cannot be found, or maybe the server is off line What am I doing wrongly?: This means that the EncryptoChat™ Server cannot be seen by your client machine. You may have mis-typed the ip address in the logon screen or been given the wrong address to use. If you and the server are on the same private network you may use a private ip address such as 192.168.0.21 but if the address is on another site, reached over the internet, it must be a public ip address you are entering. It could be that the computer is not connected to the LAN properly, ( or the server machine isn't ), is the network card enabled and working and the patch lead or radio link as it should be? It could be that there is a firewall preventing the connection, has the firewall been set up to allow the EncryptoChat™ programs to send and receive TCP packets and contact DNS servers. Will the firewall let the EncryptoChat™ Server listen on Port xxxx (where xxxx is given in your user guide). If Network Address Translation (NAT) is being used by a router between you LAN and WAN has it been set up properly to route the TCP/IP packets to your server machine?

When I try and log on to the EncryptoChat Server I get the message Invalid Server IP Address Specified : The server ip address must be entered as four numbers separated by full stops. Each number must be in the range 0 to 255 eg 192.168.5.29 spaces are not permitted.
