JKsquared grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, limited licence to install and use the software.The software may be used simultaneously on multiple machines at the above premises and by staff employed at those premises on their own personal computers, both on and off site. If staff should move to another employer or institution, they may keep the software on their own machines, but not run it on machines of the new employer or on machines that are not their property at another site, without first purchasing a further license / copy of the software. The software is supplied as is, but has been checked to be free of virus / trojan / and worm code. JKsquared specifically makes no representation or warranty that the software or documentation are error free or meet any user's particular standards, requirements or needs. In no event will JKsquared's liability for any damages to you or any other person ever exceed the actual price paid for the software. JKsquared warrants the physical media and physical documentation provided by JKsquared to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original purchase date. Five free support email responses during the 90 days after purchase are included in the price and questions should be sent to the email address given on the invoice. You may also make copies of the software as necessary for backup and archival purposes, provided the copyright notice is produced in its entirety on the backup copy. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the software. Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the software shall remain with JKsquared.
