If you want Eyott's Farm then don't take the left before the roundabout  (as for Shaw Farm / Fenn creek ) but continue to the roundabout and turn right ( 3rd exit signed town centre and industrial area west) almost immediately you go over the railway bridge, at the next roundabout take the 3rd exit right into Inchbonnie Road, Then right into Celeborn Street, tehn right into Whitetree Court. At the bottom is a small parking area with a sign in it saying "Fenn Creek Eyott  Sailing Club". Looking in the direction of the river, leave the parking area on foot at the further right corner into a field and follow the fence on your left to the river edge (not too near!)

The bank is steep and slippery and the water deep. There is no scale here the water is estimated against the blocks in front of the sailing club house.

If you want Marsh Farm Road then instead of turning off Inchbonnie Road into Celeborn Street carry on and Marsh Farm Road will appear on the right just after the sign for house numbers 71 - 79 odd (also on the right). Go down to the end, there is a car park on the right.
