Support Arrangements

In the unlikely event you have a problem installing or running any of our software, five free fast reply email technical support queries, during the first 90 days from the invoice date, come as standard in the price of each package. Telephone support is available in lieu of the email service and the number to call and telephone hours are given in the documentation accompanying the software. The known issues section of this page will be updated if / when anything comes to light. When program upgrades are available, they will be free to download from our FTP server, details and passwords are on your receipted invoice. ( If we are not too busy dealing with entitlement emails / calls we are always pleased to help out anyway. ( We are usually not too busy))

 

KNOWN ISSUES

 

EncryptoChat Client : Currently does not support the c or g single dot for Maltese or the y or w circumflex for Welsh. A new C++ Compiler should be available for us to offer unicode solutions during the first quarter of 2008. Upgrades for existing users will be FOC.
